Seller-Doer Defined
Seller-doer is a buzzword that has spread like wildfire through the A/E/C industry. Surprisingly for a buzzword, it says what it means, unlike, say, “talent acquisition specialist” instead of “recruiter.” A seller doer is a doer—perhaps a project manager or technical expert engaged in providing billable services—who also undertakes the mission of bringing in client business.
